TENA Incontinence Protective Guards for Men - Maximum Absorbency - 144ct

The adhesive on these Tena guards is inadequate to keep them positioned in the right place. I returned them for a refund.

Tried the free sample, I like to wear the ladies style. I find them both more comfortable and absorbent. I've tried the always ones and it says what it means,always leaks! Like the white ones but would love the color pink.

Tena still hasn't fixed their website so when you click to order one case of 56-count Tena Stylish Super plus Heavy Underwear, Tena's order confirmation webpage shows you've ordered one case of 72-count of S/M Underwear. When you email them for assistance, they call you; tell you to send the product back, and ask for a refund. Tena has now permanently lost my patronage because this is the 2nd time dealing with this same website issue.

I have some serious issues with urinary leakage and I tried Tena women's underwear. I'm a male and Tena women's underwear have been so useful. The underwear absorbs all the urine nicely. The liquid gathers at the center of my underwear and gets kind of lumpy and I feel yucky 😖 but no skin irritation after all and all my clothes stay dry with Tena women's underwear!.

The product fits perfectly and is as comfortable as possible.

These guards will prevent the extensive damage I have been forcing on my underwear causing me to throw away over 30 pairs in the last 2 years. I have prostate cancer.

My experience with them was not as I thought it was the one that I tryed.. well for me they didn't fit comfortably or cover the area needed so maybe someone else would like them jus not there right choice for me.. they were soft an thin they needed to be wider an jus a bit longer an the back of the end of the pad it poked me in my cheeks and that was very annoying.. they need to redesign it like have long cloth strips that go up ur cheek so there's nothing rubbing or poking 7r but..

There's plenty of room in them for him. However dont forget and get to distracted doing too many things because the first pair leaked and second one ripped when we were pulling them up because they were pulled up to hard i guess oh and not to mention they come in different colors and sizes they are worth a try
