I have used many brands but tena overnight is the only one to keep me dry . So dry i sometimes forget to change pads and enev tena won't last all day.very good product.m.y wish is you don't over ship im on a 90 day cycle.joe chisesi

Tena Overnight Guards are my only choice

I feel that these Tena Overnight Guards are the perfect choice for 24 hour protection, not only at night time. Moreso after having prostate surgery. I've tried many brands and Tena Overnight's are THE best available Guards..

Perfect for Overnight Use

After trying other products, I've found that the Tena guards are the best on the market. It really is the design of the guard that makes Tena stand out. The slightly larger wings on the sides of the cup provide excellent leak protection. Five stars for this overnight pad.

Great absoption

Great for overnight incontinence. They absorb a lot. I'd wear them during the day, but they absorb so much that my underwear would fall down from the weight of the pee.

A whole new level!

These are a wonderful, life-changing addition to my incontinence toolkit. They really hold a lot, and that frees me to do things I have been avoiding. I do have a couple of constructive suggestions: add a bit more adhesive to hold the pads in place, and put them in a different color wrapper to distinguish them from the other, less absorbent Tena pads that I wear around the house. But really, these are great and have given me a great deal of peace of mind.
