Wonderful scent
First of all the bottle is very hard and trying to get the shampoo out of the bottle is almost impossible. I'm a first time user so I had to take the lid off and dump it into my hand to get some. I don't know if this will improve after taking some out! the bottle is so hard I can't squeeze it that's for sure. I'm looking forward to the great results that the shampoo provides for itching and psoriasis. Also, it says to apply the shampoo to your scalp. It doesn't first say to damp in your hair, which would be nice if it was on the bottle so I didn't have to research it to find out yes damp in your hair. I'm looking forward to

Good product, horrible bottle
Well whoever designed that bottle needs to revisit their plan. The bottle is too hard to squeeze, therefore I opt to unscrew the lid and pour shampoo into hand. Shampoo works fairly well.

Very minty!
This shampoo has a lot of menthol or mint that makes it a bit too cold for me. Other than that I think it does a good job of making my hair feel very clean!

Great shampoo…terrible packaging
This shampoo is amazing. I don't have a flaky scalp really but I have fine, highlighted hair that tends to go flat and can get a little oily. This makes it so light and full…I have a good hair day every day I use this. Usually I'll find a good shampoo and then after liking it for a little while, it will stop working. This is just a great, underrated shampoo. That being said, all these reviews are correct…the bottle is very hard to squeeze. I am 38 and find my wrist strained after this and never get as much shampoo as I would like. To the lady below saying people are whining…I pay money for this product and it shouldn't be such a struggle to get out. Period. You look at reviews everywhere and people say the same thing…im not sure why the company has not changed it yet. Im writing this review so hopefully the company sees it and makes a change. If I didn't like the formula so much id throw in the trash and move on to something else. Many other people will do this just because of this bottle. I shouldn't have to put the shampoo in another bottle.

Best product for my itchy scalp
This is my go to when my eczema acts up on my scalp. I love dying my hair dark but I have break outs soon after. This shampoo soothes the itchiness and drys out the breakouts. This shampoo is truly a life saver for me! For ease of use I bought containers with a pump top and refill with this shampoo.

I would love it if I could get into the bottle
I have NEVER had such a problem getting into a bottle. First, the foil cover inside the top is hard to get at. The bottle is so stiff, it won't squeeze out the product. Impossible! Please rethink packaging!

Ineffective Packaging, Shampoo was Fine
The bottle made it impossible to use the shampoo. It was so stiff you couldn't pour it out without using 2 hands, and even then it was hard. The shampoo was Ok. Not great, but not bad.

Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is I can't squeeze the bottle to get it out. The bottles are very hard plastic and I have weak grip strength.

Feels Great Right After
I really love this shampoo for the soothing aspect. I normally put it on, shave, and let it sit for at least 5 minutes. It feels great and refreshing on my scalp. I do have dyed hair and I notice that I have some color bleeding after each wash. Because of this I typically only use this 1-2 times per week

Saved My Scalp!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This has been a life changer for my dry scalp. I do a double wash a few times a week and follow with the conditioner. It has saved my scalp after so many other products fell short. Yes I do agree either way what others say about the hard bottle, I just turn it upside down and it comes out a lot easier!

Please change the containers to softer plastic. The stiffness of your bottle ruined off the good experience of using your good products.

Love the product, hate the bottle. I'm 25 and literally popped something in my hand…hurt for days. I now have to press it against the side of the tub with my body weight to squeeze it. It reminds me of those cheap travel bottles!!! Hard as a rock!

Will no longer our hase from Target
I like this shampoo, but will no longer purchase it from Target. This is the second bottle that was sent to me, the first bottle received had leaked all over the shipping box and bubble wrap, with the cap only half screwed on. I started a return and had them ship me a replacement only to have the same exact issue. Again, the cap was only half screwed on and shampoo leaked everywhere. One time I can understand, but two in a row is just ridiculous

Great Product
I bought and used Dermae due to my scalp breaking out with seborrheic dermatitis. I washed my hair and left Dermae on my scalp for 5 mins before rinsing, and my scalp felt so much better with no itching. This is a Great Product! Please keep this Product on the shelves of most stores. Thanks

I use this product almost everyday. I have oily hair and it works wonders!! My one suggestions to derma e would be to maybe make a universal pump for your shampoos or if there is a way to make the bottle a little easier to squeeze. I find it super hard and difficult to squeeze and I'm 33! So i can't imagine if you're older or have anything like arthritis, it'd be so hard! Other than that- LOVE!

Effective product
I have itchy scalp and was looking for a different shampoo. This keeps the itch at bay and gives me soft, shiny hair. Happy with the shampoo. The shampoo bottle is really stiff. Poured the shampoo into a different bottle and moved on.
