Personally I do like sulfates in my shampoo but this is very decent for not having any. The scent is not overpowering at all but is still nice. It does give a slight tingle on the scalp. Do wash twice to get a deeper clean. I will keep this to keep in the rotation!

I love the cooling effect of the Eucalyptus, and it smells nice. My only gripe is that it leaves your hair like straw, which makes sense, i guess, because it's a cleansing shampoo. So if you're looking for a shampoo to really cleanse your scalp and hair, I'd use this, but definitely follow up with both conditioners that you wash out and leave in conditioner.

I don't like that it doesn't make my hair feel softer, and it frizzes up my hair even with an additional frizz control cream. I like that it is sulfate free.

Makes my hair soft and clean and does a great job. My hair doesn’t get super greasy within a day like it can with some other scalp cleaning shampoos.

I’ve always loved the smell of Herbal Essences shampoos, and this one is NO different. I love it. It’s light and refreshing and not too overpowering. Honestly I wish I had a perfume with this smell. So I’m currently on a hair growth journey…and scalp health is HUGE. I can happily say I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks and I love it, and I love that I feel safe knowing it’s going to help me continue to grow my hair. Love this stuff. 100% recommend.

Have tried it on its own or with other parts of the routine and it has officially not been effective at all for some time now. For me it’s not a go to product.
