Comparing qualities
Tried this after the Aveeno for oily hair as such works better, would not recommend this as it gave me a heavy feeling after wash and rinsed out completely, would recommend away from Aveeno brand of shampoos to select Nexxus for volume or thickening shampoo as per Nexxus claims reduction of hair fall by 97% is Nexxus with green container shampoo as much better performance and also Nexxus Hyvolume or Nexxus pure and clean are all based with proteins and vitamins, Nexxus and Tresseme are same manufacturers but Nexxus are higher end of Tressemme, both these their origins were from salons long ago, then alternate basic volume shampoo i choose Pantene volume light shampoo and or their biotin collagen mix on pantene. Nexxus uses proteins and biotin collagen on volume and thickening shampoos as green container. thanks Target for bringing these brands.

literally, the best shampoo period
i'm not sure what people are saying, but this is definitely a 10/10 shampoo. let me start off, i bought this shampoo about 5 years ago in chicago when it was in the green packaging with brown lid and used it basically everyday or every 2 days since i workout a lot - holy grail. a few years later after mba school, i am now using it again. i swear, this shampoo is going with me to my grave.

Best i have tried!
I have always had fine hair, since menopause it has really thinned out so much my part is more noticeable (nice way of saying seeing more scalp). Since using this shampoo and conditioner my hair is noticeably thicker. Part is almost back to normal. This is by far the best thickening shampoo and conditioner I have tried. And I have tried over 25 different brands from expensive to cheap. This is the best! Smells amazing too! I suffer from migraines and sensitive to smells, this does not bother me. A win win!

SO nuch static and shedding
For context: I have thin, straight hair. I bought this shampoo because it’s supposed to BE for fine hair. It’s supposed to be thickening. It seemed like exactly what I was looking for, it smelled great, and it was affordable! The first couple washes I thought it was working. But after a month my hair felt dry, looked dull, and it was SO static-y. Any time I brushed my hair, it was like I rubbed a ballon on my head! And don’t get me started on the shedding. I felt like my hair was falling out even more than before I started using this shampoo. And lemme say, I try to give grace where I can… So maybe it’s me? Perhaps I’m not using it right (although I can’t imagine there’s a wrong way to use shampoo…)? I air dry my hair, so maybe that’s the problem? I don’t use products to style, but I’ve never had to before? All in all, it just wasn’t for me. Maybe it will work for you! But my unsolicited advice?: keep your receipt just in case.

As someone that has fine 2A hair, I'm picky with my shampoo because I struggle to find something that doesn't leave me with either dry or stringy/greasy hair. And let me just say, I LOVE this shampoo when paired with the corresponding conditioner! The smell is amazing as someone who loves the herbal scent of rosemary and the subtle smell of cucumber and it stays in my hair well after washing! It cleans very well and has a great lather when your hair is very wet. Best of all, it leaves my hair looking like it is hydrated and healthy and it truly leaves slight volume behind! I was using the Soapbox Argan Oil line beforehand for a long time, but it's hard to find in stores near me and out of my budget to purchase online. I was hesitant to try this as a result since I loved that brand, but this has met and exceeded my expectations! I will probably be purchasing again and will recommend this product!

Hair felt thicker and healthier after use.
I’ve been looking for something that works with my hair for SOOO long. I decided to try this for a month and see how it works. IMMEDIATELY after I got out the shower and was drying my hair, I felt like it was refreshing and thicker than it was. It didn’t leave any residue, didn’t make it oily, didn’t dry it out…before i I used this, I had my hair getting spit ends, getting oily from shampoos quickly, not feeling all the way clean. This was such a holy grail to find. It truly worked on my hair. Definitely recommend if you have hair like mine that is longer, thinner and wavy-ish that seems to be too dried out. It’s definitely become a number one in my daily hair routine.
