A: I use them for mine but they’re hard to cut so I just use scissors instead of the blade in the pail.

A: These are designed to go with a diaper “genie” as opposed to “pail”. There are 8 drop in cartridges that have a long continuous stream of bag which can be cut and tied off. So what ever brand or style of pail/genie you have would have to have a specific circular trench for the cartridges to drop into. I hope this helps.

These are perfectly fine when they work, but so far 2 of the 8 in the package have been defective. Those 2 have had the same problem: there is no end of the bag to pull through the center of the diaper genie. It is difficult to explain, but I attached a pic to try and show the problem. Pretty frustrating and wasteful!

I have used several store brands of the diaper genie refills as well as the name brand. I have allergies so the ones with smells are not ok. I can no longer find the non-scented diaper genie brand ones so I tried the up and up and I can kick myself for not trying them sooner. I use my diaper genie for my cat so it can get pretty smelly really quick. These refills worked great! Going on week 2 of no smells from the container! I don't mind that the "bags" are see through. I had no issues woth pulling out the plastic. You just need to go slowly and not keep pulling out the bag when you can't see the white tab. Just pull the white tab and carefully pull out the plastic. It fits perfectly in the diaper genie and feeds properly.
