A motorized arm lifts the garbage can and empties it into the back compartment and then that itself can articulate and dump as well. Fun for kiddos, but for how long?
My 3 sons love this toy (ages 3, 5, and 7). They have fun using the dump action, but it’s iffy. It’s been a little over a week since my son got it and I’m not quite sure if it still works. Still, my kids like it. A parents opinion: it feels pretty flimsy for the amount I paid.

Love it so far!
My 5YO loves garbage trucks and this one’s no exception. The arms that lifts the dumpster is by far the coolest part. We’ll see how it stands the test of time. The plastic seems more “snapable” than some of the plastic used in his other garbage trucks.

A absolute hit!!
My son is 4 and absolutely loves this recycle truck. He picked it out and plays with this truck non stop since we got it. It is well made and the fact that it is interactive makes it even better. He loves putting his cars in the trash can and pretending to recycle them. I would definitely recommend this item.

Don't buy this toy.
Don't buy this toy. The lifting arms jam due to poor design. The power switch works intermittently. This is an overpriced, flimsy, easily broken, poorly designed toy that will frustrate the child who tries to play with it.

Fun but cheap
My son loves playing with garbage trucks. His cousin has the Matchbox garbage truck that he absolutely loves, but is unfortunately not sold at this time. I decided to buy this one for his birthday. He'll still play with this truck but the quality just doesn't compare. It's not like the Matchbox truck is amazing quality, but this one is just really cheap looking and feeling, like one bad drop will crack it. This one has makes sounds and the lever is battery powered, which should be a fun additional perk, but I'm not that I'm impressed and neither is my son.

Received this today in the mail. Put batteries inside, the lights and noises worked but the lever to lift the dumpster did not work. Very very disappointed child today who has been patiently waiting for it! And would have to wait another week to get a replacement one. NOT HAPPY!
