Great for cars with tinted windows… not so much for others. The sun warped the strap and it completely split in half, so we can no longer use it. This happened the day after our return window closed. Wouldn’t recommend for cars without tint/rear view window shade.

Worked great for 1 year. We have a fixed rear headrest so few baby mirrors would work for us. Mirror was easily adjustable and worked well for 1 year. After 14 months the strap disintegrated from being exposed to the sun. Had to replace.

If you have a detachable headrest it MIGHT work. If yours is like mine and does not detach do not bother will not work and just slip off.

I bought this little mirror to replace a larger rectangular one we had previously that used to drive my husband crazy. My baby sits rear facing behind the passenger seat and as the driver I needed to be able to see his face. The previous mirror was great but it took up a large area of his seat headrest and partially blocked our vision while driving. What I like about this new little mirror is that I can still see baby’s face without losing driving visibility. I knocked off one star because it only has one strapped buckle to go around (versus 2- 1 horizontal and one vertical like our old mirror) so it’s not quite as stable. But it works, it stays put so far, and overall I’m happy with my purchase. Would recommend.

I had this one for my son, and I've used my sisters and my mother in laws and hated theirs. They weren't adjustable, or easy to adjust to see baby correctly. This one is adjustable and used it for my son for about 2yrs. I'm having a 2nd child and will be using again for new baby.

It was difficult to find a mirror that could attach around the side of the head rest, instead of around the top and the bottom. (My car head rests are stitched on and don’t move).
Attached to the middle seat and then slightly pivot towards baby. Perfect view from the front!
Would recommend, but make sure you are gentle on the ball and socket joint on the back of the mirror.

The mirror was clear and functioned well in my sedan. It installed easily enough, and we were able to adjust it without any issues initially. But one day just 4 months into use, I tried shifting it a bit, very carefully, and POP - the thing broke off. I had hoped to glue it back together, but we determined it just wasn’t going to work. I was surprised by the weakness in the plastic.

I found this mirror hard to adjust so that I couldn’t get a full on view of my baby. It doesn’t attach well to the middle headrest in our Subaru, because it’s smaller and won’t stay up so I couldn’t adjust this downwards to see the baby on that headrest. Had to put it on the headrest on the side seat and then turn it to the side and down to see our baby, but it’s hard to adjust and hard to get a full view of the baby. Since it’s on the headrest to the side, if anyone sits in that seat it inevitably gets pushed out of place and I have to adjust it again. We have a larger rectangular one from another brand in my husband’s car that we bought with our first and that one is much easier to adjust and to use on the middle headrest. On the plus side I think the mirror doesn’t scratch as easily as the other one we have.

The headrests in my backseat are stationary so my options seemed limited. This mirror is great though and securing the mirror was simple. I love being able to see my guy and check on his status! The mirror shakes a bit when driving sometimes, but it is not bad and doesn’t interfere with being able to see him.
