I don’t like the new design. There’s a plastic gasket that falls out of the end when you fill the soap. If you don’t realize it, soap leaks out.

This is awful. The old version was great, so I'm not sure why they changed it. Soap leaks from the cap, which is irritating and wasteful. Then the bottom of the dish wand broke as I put the cap back on, after refilling it for the millionth time.

New design is horrible and leaks!!
I have used Scotch Brite dish wands for decades and am severely disappointed with the new design - it totally leaks out the cap/base!! Supposed to be able to stand up, but standing or laying it leaked the entire wand-worth of dish soap out in less than 24 hours!! I checked it over closely and no cracks and is leaking from the cap - read other designs and see I’m not the only one with this experience. The old design was easy to crack if dropped on the floor, but didn’t leak otherwise. I went to another store and bought out all of their old design wands to last a few years bc I have two unopened packages of replacement sponges.

Was nice that the design allowed it to stand upright. But I’ve had it about two months and the cap leaks. The soap just bubbles up out of it and leaks. There’s no crack. I’ve made sure it’s tightened. It’s annoying.

Good sponge wand - kinda don't know how to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the sponge is good because it most resembles my regular sponges. The wand is a little basic and doesn't have the greatest pressure button to push out the dish soap but it works fine. I don't like these wands in general because I can't clean the sponge and dry it out between uses, like I do my regular ones. I guess it's good to have if you're into them but, personally, not for me.

Poor quality
This dishwand is very poor quality. It arrived today. We added the dish soap and immediately noticed it was leaking everywhere. The soap runs down the handle so it’s hard to maintain a grip. It’s more frustrating than helpful. We’d return it but it’s not worth the hassle.

Horrible
This product leaks soap from the handle when I hang it up, and it leaks from the sponge if I lay it down. No matter what position it’s in when not in use, it leaks. I don’t know what you did to change this product, but you failed big time. The dish wands from a few years ago did not leak. I’d like to toss it in the trash, but I have extra sponge heads, so it would be a waste to get rid of the wand at this point.
