They cancelled my preorder 4 times. Then it said out of stock and could not reorder. Purchased it on eBay and now it’s for sale….

Omgs this doll did not disappointed she is so pretty from head to toe so worth the wait. My kids are so happy.

Though l purchased this with the intention of customizing it..the doll really is perfect AS IS. I only wish that the head were more Barbie sized.

After ordering her a 2nd time after Being cancelled a first time. She is worth the wait. She is amazing and is made so well.

The doll finally arrived! Having to keep accepting the new delayed delivery dates for multiple months was tedious, but this review is for the doll, not Target’s preorder/backorder process. She is absolutely stunning! Comes with a doll stand and was very well packaged overall for shipping. I’m saving her for Christmas for my daughter but I know she will be well loved and I’m so glad to have ordered early and stayed on top of the emails.

Purchased the doll on July 21st. It took a while, but the doll is beautiful!

They cancelled my preorder!

Target really needs to have a better system for their preorders. When I pay for an item and it's pre-ordered, even though there may have been a delay or a later delivery date. I still want the item. Don't send a supposed email stating that I need to confirm my order because the date changed. Customer service was determined to say that there was an email sent. But from what I saw the email never stated that I had confirm that I still wanted the actual pre-order. My daughter's been wanting this doll since the movie came out and now I have no idea how I'm gonna get the doll because nobody else is selling it. I really hope that in the future with their preorders they actually keep the customers pre-orders. They probably over estimated the amount that they actually had in stock and now they are not showing that they have anything in stock and that's really sad because I was really was hoping to get the doll from my daughter for her birthday. Target needs to do better. I was shocked that, as frequently as I check the app for delivery that it didn't show anything that it was being canceled and the fact that it was canceled had me so upset because I didn't understand why it said it was canceled. Keep the pre-orders next time. Don't just cancel people's orders

Good to know they didn’t only cancel my pre order without a word. Mattel seems to be doing a bad job with the distribution of these dolls. Young Ella and Uma aren’t even in America. If you want this one check entertainment earth or Amazon, she’s still on pre order on there. That’s where I ended up pre ordering instead.

This is absolutely ridiculous now! Three times my order is cancelled! I thought preordering meant I would get it when it was released! I’m so upset over this

I have a sad 7 year old who has been waiting patiently for this doll only to have it cancelled for technical reasons. Why presell it if you can't deliver it??? This is beyond ridiculous and making rethink purchasing any further items from Target. DO BETTER TARGET!

I'll never preorder from Target again. They delayed my order three times. They had no business accepting more orders than the quantities they have available. This doll is currently available on Entertainment Earth for preorder. Also, if you preordered the Wicked dolls from here, please cancel and pre-order from Amazon. They never have these types of problems.

I preordered this item. It has been delayed three times. When speaking to two different customer service reps, they both guaranteed I would receive my item by the date. …I still have yet to receive my item.

I preordered the doll my 7 year old was very excited she had been asking everyday for the update on the doll and now shes been crying over the cancellation.... VERY wrong TARGET I am extremely upset over this... and what you just send a cancelled notice and thats it????? you think little girls will be ok with this????? 🤬🤬🤬 my daughter had been waiting for it forever 🙄
