Climate change, biodiversity loss and growing societal inequalities are some of the pressing issues of the 21st century for which organizations have to prepare themselves. Annekatrin Meißner, Suleika Bort and Erinch Sahan show how to successfully implement and realize a truly regenerative and distributive business approach. They present best-practice case studies of organizations that pursue sustainability as an external driven goal and in their internal organizational structure, implementing innovative and sustainable business designs in governance, networks, ownership, and finance. The authors thus hope to initiate transformation and encourage critical reflection on one's own business processes and practices.About the Author
