Q: How do I get the bottle open?

A: Thank you for asking! Turn the pump closure clockwise so that it's tight against the bottle. Then, turn the pump head counterclockwise. The pump should then pop up. Once it pops up, begin pumping. It may take a few pumps for the product to begin dispensing. Otherwise, I'd suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area. We hope this helps!

I received it in a zip-tied plastic bag. It had leaked some during shipping, but this is not my major complaint. My problem is the horrible, super strong smell that I can't stand even when it's zip-tied. I can't imagine when it's out of the bag. I didn't try. I had to put it in the garage before I return it.
