It smells similar to Palmers cocoa butter, but a little synthetic. Still a nice scent, but it's once again super faint and doesn't last on skin after shower. It can lean toward play-doh scent if it's been sitting on shelf too long though. It's a little moisturizing which is nice. I still really wish Dove would make their bar soaps and body washes with more scent. I've used Dove products for years, and I hate that they seem to be giving us less for our money. Body washes and soaps used to cost less and had more product in them. But. Overall Dove still feel nice on skin.

This is hands down the most nourishing, hydrating body wash I’ve ever used. I’ve been using it for years now, but I still remember how soft and smooth my skin felt after just one use. I noticed a difference immediately. I’m really into skincare and body lotions, and I’ve tried so many products over the years, but nothing compares to this. I haven’t even needed to use lotion since I bought it because this body wash keeps my skin moisturized all day long. It truly feels like I’ve already applied lotion right out of the shower. And the scent? Incredible.. it’s a warm, clean, and comforting smell. I honestly plan to buy this product FOREVER. Even my boyfriend keeps sneaking my bottles because he’s obsessed with it too!

I have bought 2 of these 30.6 oz body washes & ready to purchase my 3rd. The scent is soft… imagine creamy cocoa butter… I love this body wash! It lathers up nice and foamy in a loofa. My skin feels so nourished, soft, clean and smells nice after the shower. I pair it with Dove Cocoa Butter lotions & vanilla scents.
