By popular demand we have created an Extra Soft Down Alternative Pillow (also called a 'face down' or 'stomach sleeper' pillow). The extra soft density is made for a small portion of sleepers who find most bed pillows to be too full. It is also a great way to add a layer of cushion on an existing pillow. Many of our customers love how moldable it is. Please note: this is a very flat pillow. Imagine laying your head on a comforter; that is how flat this pillow truly is. Please note Outer blue fabric subject to availability (it might get upgraded to white or a different pattern – but always over 250 TC).

Overpriced!
Great pillow! Perfect for people with neck problems. However I paid $35 for this same pillow one year ago. Very overpriced. I see this is a third party vendor. I won’t be using this company again. I purchased it so I have one until I can find a more affordable replacement.

Soft but it crinkles
The pillow is soft and is great if you sleep on your stomach (i.e., it's relatively flat), but it sounds like crinkling plastic because of the covering on the inside of the pillow case.

Flat pillow
Low profile = flat. This is the flattest pillow I have ever encountered. I followed the instructions and put it in the dryer to try and fluff it, but zero results. I am returning the pillow today.

Feels like plastic
I am a stomach sleeper and wanted to find a good & simple solution. While the pillow has good shape & fill, the outside feels like cheap plastic. It is a loud and rough, even after putting a 100% cotton pillow case over it, still feels rought to the skin. I wish I could still return it.

Lifesaving pillow
This pillow saved me! I got to a point where I could no longer lay my head down on any pillow due to spinal stenosis. My neck has very little mobility and I had not slept properly in months until I found this pillow. It's an amazing pillow soft yet supportive. You can pack it as well. Perfect for a back or stomach sleeper. Thanks to Downlite!

Ok but not anything like down or even feather
No better than a $10 pillow. It’s light weight and cool, but it doesn’t act like a down pillow as promised. It doesn’t fold or conform. It’s ok, but nothing special.

Thank you for your purchase and candid review. This special pillow is definitely not a pillow designed for most users. In fact the extra soft amount of down means it is a very flat pillow by design. Unless you are stomach sleeper or have severe neck issues we do not suggest this pillow for most folks. You can return to the store for a refund so you can try a different style. We think you might do well with our chamber construction pillow which has a core of feathers and a top and bottom layer of down. That pillow is more for the average medium density type sleeper. Remember soft does not equal fluffy, in our case soft means flat or light. Thanks, DOWNLITE

Finally a true stomach sleeper pillow.
I’m a stomach sleeper and always have neck and shoulder pain! I can never find the right pillow no matter how much money I spend. If you are a true stomach sleeper I suggest that his pillow. It is flat like laying in a comforter as the description states, but it works for me. So glad I waited and found this pillow.
