This shipment was horribly packed. There was no packing inside of it. The box was not taped securely it had broken open and shipping and had to be re-taped. This is the second time this has happened.

I haven't used April Fresh in years since the formulae was changed several hats ago the scent became unbearable. This appears to be a new version that doesn't smell as bad but still not the same as original April Fresh that we all grew up with. So disappointing! Why do companies do this to great products? Sometimes, if something is already great, they're is no need to "improve" it. Still hoping that Downy will come to their senses and bring back the original signature scent that everyone loved.

I was excited to try Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner, because we're typically a dryer sheet family. I'm always curious how a fabric softener would compare, and I was pleasantly surprised with this Downy product. April Fresh would not usually be my first choice scent, but it was not too overpowering when the clothes came out of the dryer. I liked the way our clothes smelled - not too floral or fruity. They were very soft, although I did not a bit of static cling. This could have also been because I used a bit less as I was apprehensive about the intensity of the scent. Overall, good product and makes me think twice about going back to dryer sheets.

Downy makes your clothes smell sooo great! It softens towels and blankets and others to the point of feeling new again. I use the big down with pour spout and the downy ball which it makes it so easy.

I have used Downey softener for years and love it. The scents are so calming and leave your laundry smelling great! My clothes are always soft not stiff. The bottle is easy to grasp and pour into your dispenser. I will continue using Downey as long as they continue making it. I recycle my jug or use it in craft projects!

The product comes in an eco-friendly pouch that is easy to store. This scent is quite strong and leaves freshness in the fabric, making laundry refreshing. It did a good job of softening the clothes and reducing static so that clothes stay soft and cozy after washing. The flexible packaging makes it easy to pour or navigate. I buy it to test out the smell so I will probably buy the big container. The price seems well set for the amount of loads it will cover. I highly recommend this scent.
