Very firm and supportive, takes some getting used to. The cooling effect I don’t even feel so that’s a disappointment. Also there is a smell like chemical smell and it’s been 3 days and it still have a smell. I aired it out for 24 hours before using it. Overall, not bad, I do like the support but maybe a little too firm.
