We specifically formulated Dr. Scholl’s® Odor-X Athlete's Foot Medicated Spray Powder for people who are concerned about annoying foot odor, athlete’s foot or both.

Why It Works:
•When moisture is trapped in your shoes, it creates an environment where athlete’s foot fungus on your feet can thrive and odor can develop.
•Dr. Scholl’s® Odor-X® Athlete’s Foot Medicated Spray Powder controls wetness to help prevent odor, and uses Tolnaftate Antifungal to prevent most athlete’s foot.

How To Use:
For prevention of most athlete’s foot. Supervise children in the use of this product.

STEP 1
Wash and dry feet thoroughly

STEP 2
Shake can well and apply a thin layer on the feet once or twice daily (morning and/or night).

Pay special attention to spaces between the toes; wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and change shoes and socks at least once daily

Q: How does starch (corn or otherwise) seem like a logical idea to put in foot sprays/powders, when that's a food-source for various fungi ? Let's not forget about bacteria. Aluminum(!) is in this, as well.

We understand your concern about starch-based ingredients, such as cornstarch, being used in foot powders and spray powders when certain fungi and bacteria may utilize starch as a nutrient source under some conditions. The primary reason cornstarch (and tapioca starch) are used is because they are highly effective at absorbing moisture. Since excess moisture can create an environment that allows odor-causing bacteria and athlete's foot fungus to thrive, keeping feet dry is an important part of foot care and helping prevent athlete's foot. By helping absorb sweat and reduce dampness, these ingredients contribute to a drier foot environment that is less favorable for fungal growth. In products such as Dr. Scholl's Odor-X Athlete's Foot Medicated Spray Powder and Dr. Scholl's Odor-X Athlete's Foot Daily Defense Powder, starch-based ingredients such as cornstarch and tapioca starch are used alongside other absorbent ingredients, including kaolin and aluminum starch octenylsuccinate, as part of an overall formulation designed to help control moisture. Together, these ingredients help absorb sweat, keep feet drier, and support the product's athlete's foot protection and odor-control benefits. In addition, both products contain the antifungal active ingredient Tolnaftate 1%, which helps cure and prevent most athlete's foot when used as directed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up washing my feel in epsom salt then dried them thoroughly (to ensure no moisture) and sprayed this on them. It takes a few seconds to air dry once you spray it, however afterwards it completely removes the smell.

Influenster sent me a full sized product sample of this Dr Scholls Odor-X Athletes foot medicated spray powder. It immediately gives relief to irritated or smelly feet due to athlete's feet, and let's face it literally anyone can have athlete's feet it's not from being an actual athlete or being a dirty person even, you could have simply worn the same shoe.as someone with it, it's that easy. This is not your normal spray it's actually a powder spray so it doesn't leave you wet, your foot feels nice and dry still. It takes away any odor as well as any itching or rash that you may have developed due to the athletes feet. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is suffering with athletes feet as well. It will last all day no need to reapply, Dr Scholl's is always a quality product..

Great foot spray.

The spray bottle was easy to use when applying. There was no strong smell and it did not stain their socks. It was quick drying and did not leave a sticky residue behind . It also helped with the smell of their feet.

The spray is easy to apply, dries quickly, and helps reduce the itching and burning that comes with at athletes foot. I also noticed that it helps control for owner throughout the day, especially after wearing sneakers for long periods. While it didn’t completely clear everything up overnight, I saw improvement after using it consistently for a couple of weeks. The power formula can leave slight residue, but overall it’s an affordable and effective option for treating athletes foot and keeping feet feeling fresh.

A lot of sprays leave a ton of residue on your feet, but this one is amazing and doesn’t leave much of anything. You get a good bang for your buck and you get the stench out of your feet so quick!

Prevents stinky feet
