Use the tip of the cap to break the seal and open the tube wash the affected skin with soap and water and dry completely before applying. For athlete's foot wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes. Change shoes and socks at least once daily. Between the toes only: apply twice a day (morning and night) for 1 week or as directed by a doctor. On the bottom or sides of the foot: apply twice a day (morning and night) for 2 weeks or as directed by a doctor. For jock itch and ringworm: apply once a day (morning or night) for 1 week or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands after each use.Children under 12 years:

When I applied the cream it was smooth and easy to apply to my itchy foot. After about 3 days of use the itching stopped. I was very pleased and relieved from the results of this product. Also would like to mention the tube was packaged nice so I could be discreet about my itchy foot problem!

The packaging is simple to use and makes getting the product out a breeze. The scent is nice and light—not too strong. Overall, I’m really happy with how well it works.

When I applied the product, it provided a pleasent cooling sensation and immediate relief. The product lasted for hours and the itching and burning sensations subsided. There scent is like a light powder and not overwhelming. I would recommend this product to all who have athletes foot.

I applied it before bed and the itch was gone by morning. It is not greasy and absorbs after a few seconds of rubbing it in. There is no scent to it, which is fine. I like that it doesn’t come out of the tube in a big blob but rather a fine stream when you squeeze the tube, which prevents waste. Great product for clearing up athlete’s foot and preventing it from progressing.
