Q: I am looking for a spray I can spray into my new shoes each day to prevent nail fungus from returning, will this work in shoes for prevention, or is it intended for use on the body only?

A: Lotrimin products begin to work when it absorbs into the skin. It may take weeks for efficacy. If you do not notice any improvement after 4 weeks we recommend speaking with your doctor.

I love this stuff
Awesome product. Works for me better than a cream. I prefer not to have a powder in the mix as it usually just flakes all over. So the liquid miconazole is what I usually use when an antifungal is needed. Also, I find it easy to spray and more comfortable when applied compared to cream.

Poorly engineered spray button
I've purchased this liquid spray in the past because I like the way it truly "cools the burn" when you need quick relief. Only problem is getting it to spray. It's frustrating when you want fast relief and the product won't come out. After unlocking I often have to press very hard on the front part of the button for the spray to come out; at other times I have to play with it for a while before it even sprays. It appears I'm not the only one having difficulty getting it to dispense. A great product isn't any good if you can't use it.

Works best for me, highly recommend it.
This spray works best for me when I get the occasional athletes foot/itch between my toes. I've tried creams (including lotrimins',) soaps, tea tree oil balms, etc. Without fail, It is this spray that wraps up the issue within about a week. Even most recently, I had an infection go unnoticed and got worse than I'd ever had. Spray has wrapped it right up, that's why I'm here leaving a review - I want to make sure this product remains available in the future.

Apparently my previous poor review was not accepted for some reason (I didn't swear or anything), so I'll try to tone it down. I have tried this spray for six weeks with no positive results. The spray also smells absolutely terrible. I don't expect it to smell like flowers, but I didn't expect it to smell terrible enough for me to choke.

I bought this six weeks ago and it is not effective. The spray itself smells bad. I didn't expect it to smell like tulip fields in Belgium, but I also did not expect it to smell like 39 rotting skunk carcasses on the side of the road in 110° weather with 100% humidity and a 75° dew point.
