STEP 2
Look for marking to indicate left versus right insole.
STEP 3
Insert into appropriate shoe, lining up heel of insole with back of shoe.
Replace insoles after six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.

A: Yes, there is adhesive on the soles which is strong enough to stick to the shoe but not strong enough to damage the shoes when the insole is removed.

Love these! I put these in ALL my boots and closed shoes that are not open all around. As a matter of fact, I put Dr. Scholls insoles in ALL of my shoes because they make all my shoes comfortable. I've been doing that for as long as I can remember and believe me, it makes a big difference in comfort and support. The key though is that when you're shopping for shoes and heels I always keep in mind that I will end up putting Dr. Scholls in them and so I never buy a pair of shoes that are too tight, especially with fall and winter shoes because I always wear socks, sweater tights and stockings with them to keep warm.

These might be very comfortable if they stayed put. I was trying to wear them inside of a flat with a cloth inside, and the adhesive didn't stick at all. They may be better if the inside wasn't cloth.

I was skeptical when I purchased these gel insoles. I have a few shoes that the padding was not good. These fit the bill and I like that j can move them from shoe to shoe; with the exception of some that make the fit tight.

These are awful. They didn't adhere to my shoes at all, but they did stick to my feet. So they came off the shoe whenever I'd take a step with an awful peeling sound. Also, the images shown on the product page are wrong - this does not extend to beneath the toes, so you don't get any cushioning under the ball of your foot, only the heel and arch. Also - these are super visible with sandals. It's laugahable that they claim to be hidden.

I wore these to a music festival (was on my feet for 7+hours dancing/walking) & they kept my feet pretty comfortable. I’m a size 5 1/2 & I put them inside a pair of boots. Idk about longevity so I score them a 4/5 for now!

Likes first - these have turned my thin-soled gladiators into Birkenstocks on a recent vacation. No pain after walking 25-30,000 steps every day. Especially the arch support was really noticeable. Con - they did slip out eventually and got slightly damaged where the back would touch the ground. They cannot be glued in which is both a pro and a con. And they got really dirty on the bottom. Despite daily washing they looked year old after a week. They probably work better with shoes that have more "structure" to them.

These insoles didn't work out. I put them in a new pair of black sandals. I was glad to read that the insoles would not damage my sandals when removed. However, there are several problems with this insole compared to previous Dr. Scholl's inserts I've used. Because there's a lip on the perimeter of the insole, it picked up black dye and fibers from the sandal straps and looks disgustingly dirty. Because the insole is wide and has a lip, it shows all the way around, not particularly attractive in a sandal. Finally, I wore these sandals twice with this insole, and it will no longer stay in place. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend these for sandals, an open toe flat perhaps, but not sandals.

I am heartbroken that you don't seem to be able to sell these any more. I ordered 4 of them but was shipped the "Invisible" for Flats instead. And the replacement shipments were all the invisible ones, too. No other inserts are as good as your original "Discreet" ones. Please bring them back!

These suck. I don’t like how the bottom is sticky, if you have a pet be prepared for these clear gel things to look disguising from pet hair sticking all over it. The gel makes it very difficult to put the shoe on. Normally I can slide on my shoes, but with these I have to use a shoe horn and the insert often slips around during the day. Next, these do lift up your foot a bit which can make the sure feel too tight. I use these with my vans and the reason it is 2 stars is because they do provide some foot comfort, but I would never ever buy these again.

These didn’t work for me at all. They’re way too wide and flat and the plastic piece is useless. With it being a partial sole it doesn’t do anything for comfort or support. Don’t waste your money.
