We designed Dr. Scholl’s Pain Relief Orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis specifically for people who suffer pain from plantar fasciitis in the heel. They have Shock Guard Technology to provide immediate and all-day relief of pain from plantar fasciitis and can help reduce morning pain from plantar fasciitis. The package contains one pair of insoles to fit women's shoe sizes 6-10. Dr. Scholl's has been a trusted brand in foot care since 1904 when Dr. William Mathias Scholl, grandson of a cobbler, launched the company under the name Dr. Scholl Inc.
1- The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first. 2- Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, FABRIC SIDE UP, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size. 3- Ensure that orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn’t fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.
Replace after 6 months or at the first sign of wear
I was a bit hesitant with this purchase, but when you have foot pain, you are willing to try just about anything. Easy to pick-up in the grocery store and excellent for plantar fasciitis pain relief! I was very pleasantly surprised. I put them in my sneakers and am back to walking my daily 6 miles. I would highly recommend.
I bought these to put in a new pair of NB trainer style sneakers. During my first workout in my new sneaks I realized that they had very minimal arch support. I had plantar fasciitis 2 years ago and never want to get it again!! I went out to my local big box store the next day and looked at the insole options, and decided to give these a try. Tonight was my first class since I bought them, and I'm very pleased. They are very comfortable and offer great arch support. Cushioning was great too, in both the forefoot and the heel. I do a boot camp style workout so there's a lot of jumping, lunging, etc. These worked great, I am very happy with them and am looking forward to happy feet during and after my exercise classes thanks to these insoles.
I walk and hike a lot. Usually I use the heavy duty insoles for support in my boots, but I developed Plantar Fasciitis. The insoles worked perfectly for approx one week. However, the fabric on the top is separating and the heels are beginning to flatten out. Now in week two, I have to go buy another pair.
I have been having to wear specialty shoes because of my plantar fasciitis. I had no idea that I could buy inserts for my shoes! I was so excited to not have to keep wearing the same old specialty shoe and that I'd be able to instead use the inserts in my regular shoes. They lived up to my expectations. My feet didnt hurt at all after using them and worked wonders! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
These Dr. Scholl's orthotics for plantar fascitis have helped quite a bit with the pain in my foot. They are easy to fit into most of my shoes. I do have a couple pair of dressier shoes that these don't quite fit in-they make the shoes too tight. I definitely recommend removing any existing insoles to keep shoes from getting too tight. These worked perfect for me for my work shoes. They took a lot of pressure off my feet and gave me a lot of relief in return. Will definitely be buying a couple more pair and telling everyone about it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
