At the first sip, I thought it was going to taste really good. However, I noticed that it doesn’t mix well, even in a full bottle of water, which leaves some of the product not dissolved. It also has a strong artificial after taste which I found gross.

This product is great for overall health. It gives you important vitamins and helps with energy and immunity. It also helps your stomach feel better by supporting regular bowel movements and reducing bloating. The collagen is good for your skin. It has 5g of creatine and no sugar to help keep muscle. I drink one packet a day, it tastes good, and it’s hydrating. I highly recommend it to everybody.

As someone who is on a GLP-1 medication, I was both intrigued and excited to try this. My main side effect from the injections is getting terrible dehydration headaches on the day of or after my shot - so I have to really stay on top of staying hydrated. This seems to have helped keep away the headaches at least as well as some other hydration products that I’ve used, PLUS 1) it tastes delicious, and 2) it doesn’t have a salty aftertaste. My stomach also feels pretty good from the ginger and digestive enzymes, so that’s a double win! I also struggle with most daily multivitamins as something in them tends to make me extremely nauseous - and the GLP-1 Buddy doesn’t at all, so that a major plus. My only criticism is that it says on the packaging that it can be used in anywhere from 12-32 oz of water, and I’ve had some trouble getting it to dissolve fully in ~16 oz of water. It might be more effective at fully dissolving if put in a shaker bottle like some people do with pre-workout or protein powder, but I don’t own one, so I’ve yet to try that. Overall, it seems like a grest product, and I’m excited to continue using it.

Taste good, soothing for my stomach, feel good, and hydrated, no side effects.
