Smells so good! The lavender helps you relax and calms your nerves. I could fall asleep in the tub using this! I will say the residue is a little gritty, but nothing crazy and the bag is very easy to open. Just wish there was more to the bag.

The Dr teals pure Epson salt melatonin sleep soak impressed me more than the foaming bath. It had a very nice scent and it made me feel relaxed and it made me feeling nice and drowsy. The package has a decent weight to it. I would definitely use and buy this again.

Love this product; I use this after a long run. The smell, lathers very well and rises well. I always feel so refreshed after I soak with this product. I love that is not gritty feels amazing on the skin. The price is right, not many ingredients and easy to find in store. You can also buy in liquid form. No allergies to ingredients.

I fall right asleep!
I love this product. I have serious pain in every joint due to severe health conditions. I havd the hardest time sleeping with all my pain. I add this amazing product to a very hot bath and soak for 20 min every night before bed. It eases my pain and relaxes me so well that i fall right asleep!

I can not recommend enough
This entire line is amazing. I love dr teals and this line in particular is so good for nighttime and especially before bed. The scent is so calming. It has great trusted ingredients. You can soak as long or as kittle as you like and will feel so relaxed and calm either way. I like to soak my whole body in the tub but Ive done just a foot soak as well. It goes great with the bubble bath and other products from the line. This is one i always repurchase and i even have influenced my dad to love this line which is a feat because he's one of those manly men who uses a bar of soap for his whole body.

Dr. Teal’s pure epsom salt melatonin sleep soak with a essential mineral oil blend works for me. It clams me and make falling asleep very easily. I use it several times a week. Love this stuff.
