Love all the Dr. Teals epsom salts! Such a great way to end the work day, especially if you’re in a high stress level role.

Works really well at healing cracked heels and relaxing muscles. I use the once a month to bathe because it relaxes my muscles so well. Only 10-15 min to work. I enjoy the scent, it’s super relaxing. When I feel stressed, I like to put some in my shower and stand on it, the shower steam makes the smell get all over the room and my feet gets a nice light massage. Really great product

I like this as a product and I’m actually familiar with the brand but I don’t take baths a whole lot so my wife likes to use it and the smell itself is super strong definitely gives off or relax and relief type of mood. I don’t really notice if it helps ease my muscle pain, but I do like thinking that it does something for my body awesome soaking solution.
