@prek_the_aloha_way D R A G O N S love TA C O S! And we loved making these mini tacos in our classroom. I found shredded paper (perfect for Easter baskets AND mini tacos) in the seasonal section target. I cut up brown pieces of construction paper, folded mini paper plates in half, added yellow makers and puffy paint (sour cream) and voila! TACOS!! The kids had a blast putting these together and offering them to us to eat. We were promised ‘they’re not spicy,’ but upon taking our first ‘bite’ the kids would squeal in delight and let us know that we were actually ‘eating’ a VERY spicy taco! Truly surprised ‘I can’t handle this’ faces ensued, because they’re little and that’s what you do! This book inspired idea comes from me scrolling through prekwolfpack’s highlights! #dragonslovetacos2 #dragonslovetacos #readacrossamerica #readacrossamericaweek #prek #teachersofinstagram #teachersfollowteachers #prekindergarten
