Warehouse packing can't get it right
I ordered this item 3 times and everytime it showed up damaged and chipped. The 1st time it came, it showed up in a HUGE box, with no packing material AT ALL and the lid had actually fallen out somewhere, just the bottom arrived!!! I really wish i could recommend the item, but because of packing errors and shipping mishaps I CAN NOT RECOMMEND purchasing and you can ONLY get it online!! I would buy it in the store.

Arrived damaged
Shipped from the store wrapped together, not secured, in a box too big for it. The pieces were scrapping against each other causing it to chip in multiple places. Why aren’t the stores wrapping the top and bottom individually and putting in a box that isn’t 2 sizes too big for it?? Asked customer service to send a new one from the warehouse or manufacturer. Hope to not receive another damaged one from a store.
