Nice-looking labels but they don't stick.
This device is handy and easy to use and it prints nice-looking labels with a variety of options for size and font, but the labels don't stick well -- most of mine started to peel off almost immediately, and I was placing them on flat, smooth surfaces of plastic or metal. Other labels have stuck easily.

Works well, label cassette is hidden in box packaging
Works well for the price. As others have said, it does not have super strong adhesive. A few people mentioned that it didn’t come with labels - actually it’s kind of hidden inside the cardboard piece that sits above the label maker itself. No idea why they chose to do it that way. For those having trouble peeling off the backing of the label, it’s actually split horizontally so if you gently fold the label, it splits and is easy to peel off. I tried to take photos to show both of these things.

I purchased this item from Target 4yrs ago. I used it very often for household labeling. However, it stopped working suddenly for no apparent reason. I plan to replace it, but I think it should have lasted longer than that.

Great product for labeling stuff around the house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first of i call this a label maker, this product actually comes in handy a lot, at home, work, school. It comes in handy to label literally whatever you want. Loved that it gave you the option for different font sizes, different fonts, and layout options. The Dymo would print tags perfect and accurate at the snap of a your fingertips which is awesome. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because i wish it had more keyboard options such as a money sign or underscore. Overall it was an amazing product and i wish it would’ve came with more tags!

Good quality

I like that it is small enough so that it doesn’t take up a ton of space because it’s not something that’s used every day. The labels that it makes are standard for a label maker.

I like the versatility and portability. It requires 4xAA batteries for operation. It comes with a holding case that allows it to be applied to a magnet friendly surface like a rolling cabinet or refrigerator. The tape is sticky and durable and adheres to a glass bottle in the fridge without coming off due to condensation which is a big win!
