Q: Does the label come off of objects easy after its been placed or is it difficult to remove?

  • A: It's pretty removable on plastic, but won't stick if it's an oily plastic (for obvious reasons). If you leave it on for a long time and there are temperature and humidity settings, it can sometimes leave the bottom layer behind, but I find that's usually not the case. I don't have much experience putting these on non-plastic surfaces.

    Good product, but may not last more than 4yrs

    I purchased this item from Target 4yrs ago. I used it very often for household labeling. However, it stopped working suddenly for no apparent reason. I plan to replace it, but I think it should have lasted longer than that.

    Great product for labeling stuff around the house

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first of i call this a label maker, this product actually comes in handy a lot, at home, work, school. It comes in handy to label literally whatever you want. Loved that it gave you the option for different font sizes, different fonts, and layout options. The Dymo would print tags perfect and accurate at the snap of a your fingertips which is awesome. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because i wish it had more keyboard options such as a money sign or underscore. Overall it was an amazing product and i wish it would’ve came with more tags!

    Easy to use

I just inserted the batteries and the label cartridge and I started labeling instantly. There are so many uses I will be sure to use it at home and in my classroom. This Letra tag creator does EVERYTHING from changing the font to putting a decorative border around the font! It is so versatile. I love Dymo products, they are really built to last. With this tag creator, I do like that it’s straight forward and that I don’t have to hook it to wifi and or an app, honestly sometimes that’s too much because you just want to grab something and get started. This little thing is so fast, buttons are smooth and accurate, prints quiet and very quickly! Very user friends and easy to maneuver through the settings. It comes with everything seen, which includes two sets of tape! I can’t wait to buy more tape, different colors. I do like using label makers for Christmas gifts for name tags, so much easier and faster!
