Absolute garbage. Didn't even work the very first time we used it. We keep getting an error message saying the paper is jammed or empty (it is not... again, brand new cartridge inserted correctly without any jams)

One negative is that it did not come with its own batteries. So you have to purchase those separately. But not having to plug in a cord helps to make it portable. I like that you can use different fonts and add pictures and icons. And the sticker paper is easy to use.

It’s very compact and lightweight. Cordless, so easy to move around from room to room. It does require batteries. Very simple and clean design; there’s just one button to turn it on/off, and the label making takes place in the corresponding app. There are some fun design options like borders and fonts in the app (one option shown in my photo), but it is limited to 1-2 lines of text stacked (due to the size of the labels). I was initially a little nervous about this requiring the usage of the app, and I expected there to be connectivity issues, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised and it has had no issues communicating with the printer. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a simple label printer to help organize their space. I’m excited to continue using this!

Only concern I have is with the label paper. Doesn’t seem to stick the best to shiny folders or plastic. It will start to curl up on the ends.
