I used my finger to gently apply and the shimmer lasted all night even with the thin layer I used. It’s a subtitle shine, and probably would be nice as a highlight.

I prefer applying it with my ring finger, tapping it gently over my eyeshadow for precision, pigment payoff, and to reduce fall out. This shade also makes a stunning inner corner highlight.
