I use the entire powder puff for my face and then I use the sharp pointy side for the smaller areas in my face, like on my undereyes. This helps to set my face with powder and helps create a more matte and airbrushed face. It's a pretty big size compared to my other powder puffs and it was easy to just wash with a cleanser to reuse. This is also very affordable, typical of Elf's products. Useful and effective and doesn't break the bank.

Convenient shape fits nicely in my hand and the triangular end is perfect for applying powder to small areas of the face, especially under the eyes. It picks up just enough powder, not too much, not too little. While it is soft in texture, I usually prefer a powder puff that feels more velvety, as opposed to this one, which feels like a fluffy terry-cloth towel. But, all in all, this is a very well designed, effective powder puff that does its job quite nicely.
