As someone with NO allergies to any medications or products up until now, I do not recommend this make up remover. I used it just around my eyes to take off my waterproof mascara and because it is a liquid makeup remover, some of it dropped down to my neck, which is also red and itchy. I am definitely going to look for more high end make up removers with better ingredients.

This worked well to remove my waterproof mascara without any scrubbing at all. I used it on my lips and it did feel a little oily, but I wouldn't ordinarily use this sort of thing for lipstick anyway, my micellar water handles that just fine. I will definitely buy again once this bottle runs out.

It’s a good makeup remover but it is too harsh on the skin. After i use it i wash my face as normal then apply moisturizer, as soon as the moisturizer hits my eye area it BURNS and itches. I don’t recommend

Can I just say, this makeup remover is fantastic! I've always used baby oil to remove my eye shadow, mascara and liner, but it still would leave behind the harder-to-remove stuff like mascara, causing eye lashes to be pulled out when I tried to get the mascara off! This e.l.f. makeup remover works GREAT for removing all eye cosmetics! It is gentle on the eyes and causes no stinging or irritation. WOW! I'm a believer!!!

This is an OK product but the elf holy hydration cleansing balm just works SO much better than this at removing makeup. It's not worth it to buy this when the other product exists.
