Weird texture
Switched from Real Techniques sponge to this sponge and am not a fan of the texture - it almost feels grainy on your skin and as others have mentioned absorbs a lot of product.

Double sponge!
I love having two sponges because I feel like I can never get them fully clean. I use about 1/month then it becomes a self tanner face sponge and then gets thrown away. You have to get it wet for it to work as intended which can be hard on the go.

It’s different now
This used to be my favorite make up sponge but for some reason it’s very different now it’s very dense and I don’t like that I am hoping it was just a fluke and that the next one I buy will be like the old one again
