They are not the same as the previous ones. I preferred the feel of the previous ones but they still work.

So they raised the price and made them cheaper. I've been using these for years like most ppl here. I'm better off applying with my fingers. Sucks, now I have to find something similar to the ones before they decided to go cheap.

These used to be the BEST makeup sponges I had ever used, so I’m genuinely shocked at how terrible the quality has become. The new sponges feel cheap, rough, and scratchy on my skin, and they barely blend makeup anymore. They are completely different from what I used to buy. I have extremely sensitive skin, and it took me a long time to find a sponge that was soft enough to use comfortably. It’s incredibly frustrating that Target has apparently changed the quality and turned a product that used to be excellent into something that feels cheap and unusable. I would gladly pay more for the old quality, but I will not be buying these again. Very disappointed.

These sponges used to be great, but now they are horrible. They blend horribly, leaving my makeup streaky and uneven. I will be purchasing them elsewhere from now on. Target, you continue to disappoint on every level.

Functional value for just pennies

I used to love the up and up sponges but now the quality is just not there. They are ineffective at applying makeup. Don’t waste your money on these and find a better brand. I’m on the hunt looking at other stores wedges now. Would give zero stars if I could!

BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK THESE NEW ONES SUCK!!!!

I used to love the quality of these but they’ve changed. The makeup soaks into the sponge and doesn’t evenly spread as it’s supposed to. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere from now on. Shame because I loved the previous version.

The quality of these wedges has taken a major dip recently. The texture used to be smooth and cosmetics would blend well. These wedges were never the best out there, but they were a solid option for a cheap price. The texture now is no longer smooth and dense, but lighter and more fluffy (for lack of a better word). These wedges absorb so much product now.

The new version of these is absolutely terrible. I’m a make up artist and liked the older version of these sponges. I even recommended them to clients. These are the worst sponges I’ve ever used. Sorry Target -but please reconsider the changes you made to this product.

Why did these change? They are smaller thinner and seems like it just absorbs my makeup

This product has been changed and it’s NOT better. The wedges used to hold shape and now they are flimsy and smoosh flat.

Work great

Great for applying liquid or powder foundation. Sturdy enough to wash and reuse if necessary, too.

Why has the quality changed? I’ve used these for years and the last batch was much thinner and didn’t work well. Please go back to the original quality. I would give it 5 starts with the quality it used to be.

Great price for easy to use basic makeup sponge. I appreciate Target continuing to carry this product. I purchased online.

Has the quality change? I’ve been using these for years..they’re very thin and don’t apply make up that well like they use too. Maybe I received a bad batch, I don’t know…my skin feels very itchy later on in the day, which never happens.

I saw Wayne Goss using this type of sponge so wanted to try it. These are soooo soft on the skin when run under water & then blotted with a towel. I love the size & shape for going over freshly applied foundation & concealer to melt it into the skin. Also I use a dry one with tissue on it to blot away any excess oil throughout the day. Easier to clean and keep sanitary than the bigger sponges and I can toss them once they start to wear and get a new one. Highly recommend!

They take up your makeup product they dont do nothing

Like the thickness of the product. Not flimsy like other brands.
