Not what it used to be
I used to get 3 weeks to a month out of one of these. I got out a new one on Feb 1 and by the 6th it was in worse shape than the one I had just thrown out. By the 8th, it had a hole in it, which had never happened before. Change them back!

Please bring back the one made in Canada! This is hands down the best facial buff. The quality of the Canada-made version is amazing and nothing else compares. I can’t live without it!! I use it every morning and night, and it cleans my face so well. My skin feels deeply cleansed and refreshed after every use. Please bring back the Canada-made version!

Bring back the OG Buffs 😭
I used to love these facial cleaning buffs. Stocked up, recommended them, the whole thing. Then the material changed, and now they feel like some Temu brand version of themselves. They’re thinner, slippery, and kind of just… skate around my face instead of exfoliating it. The old ones actually did the job, these feel cheaper and way less effective. If the original material ever comes back, I’m in. Until then, I’m out.

i want that old thang back
i rarely leave reviews, unless i have an exceptionally good or exceptionally bad experience with a product or service. in this case, it’s the latter. the reformulation of these is awful, as they are way too thin now and fall apart after one use. y’all have reformulated these so many times over the years and frankly i’m tired. please just MAKE AN ASSORTMENT OF TEXTURES available instead of reformulating them for everyone. as a black male, i’ve historically bought these specifically because they were very abrasive. people who have thicker skin like myself, tend to need more texture to slough away the dead skin cells. please consider us next time y’all wanna mess with the formula. tysm 😬

I’m not sure what happened with these, but they literally hurt my skin. I bought these in the past and I don’t have to buy them that often so I was very surprised to find that they are as hard as a scratcher that you would clean your pots and pans with. Very unhappy with this purchase! I would give a zero if I could.

These have changed. They are too soft now and not effective for exfoliation. They are thin and fall apart after only a couple of uses. The old version lasted for many many uses. I will not purchase again.

A great face scrubber. Lately they have thinner, softer sponges in a package or thicker, rougher sponges. Not sure why the difference. I used to buy them and use the drive up pick up method but when I need to purchase these I go in the store to make sure I get the thicker sponges. They have gotten a bit pricey like everything else.

Used to be a fan but new version is garbage
I’ve been buying these for many years. They used to be such an amazing little exfoliating pad. Then about three years ago or so they got a little thinner and didn’t last quite as long, but I stuck with them. However this newest version is absolute garbage. Super thin, a weird texture that doesn’t provide much exfoliating and they are basically single use. Please bring back an earlier version.

Not for eveyone but definetly for me.
This is a very abrasive product which is why I love it. I went through a huge phase of buying exfoliating cleansers, scrubs and never find one I’m in love with. This ends that for me. Affordable and extremely effective. One side is softer, the other rougher but tbh both sides are rough but again that’s what I’m looking for I am not scared of exfoliating my skin as I use products that make sure you don’t get negative effects from exfoliation. I’ve used these for three days now and my skin texture is already dramatically improving and glowing. Will be repurchasing these forever.
