Terrible Customer Service
When I visited this location to find this game (which was great and that's why I gave 5 stars), I had asked a team member for assistance locating it because I didn't see it on display. The man that was helping me was kind and found the game, which happened to be on the cart he was using. Another team member or shift lead (I'm assuming this because he was yelling at several team members in this area asking them where they're at and what section they're assigned too) interrupted our interaction and pulled the game off the cart the team member that was helping me was using. It was the wrong console but I was fine with taking the Nintendo switch version over the PS5 I had originally asked for. Matthew was very rude and asked me which one I wanted and I said Nintendo switch because that was what available and I was in a bit of a rush. The team member told him it was for a pickup order where I mentioned it was probably my pickup order but I was in a rush. As the team member was checking who's name the order was under, the alleged shift took the phone and said "nope this for Johnson, K" and attempted to walk away when I said "YEP, that's me." He then proceeded to give me attitude and say "Well it'll be another 15-20 minutes." I've had this occurrence happen one other time at another location, and they had no problem with giving me the item since I confirmed it was my order and proceeding with my purchase. This interaction was unnecessary, rude, and unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this treatment to a customer, especially as someone who appears to be running the shift.
