ECO STYLE Professional Styling Gel Black Castor & Flaxseed Oil - 16 fl oz

I really wanted to like this, but it did not work for me. I have naturally curly hair 4c and 4b curls. No hold what so ever, made my hair tangled. Only have this trouble with his brand not sure why.

Great product. Works without all the harmful chemicals.

I feel like I didn’t use a gel at all. I have curly hair and I use a considerable amount of gel on wet hair to make a cast, but when I used this one I can’t tell a difference between it and not having any gel at all. It does not help hold or define curls at all.

Doesn’t work it doesn’t even hold anything

Best hair gel ever. It does not flake and it makes my hair feel soft after taking the hairstyle out which is not common in hair gels.

Cumbersome and inconvenient packaging. Product feels like thick glue and has no holding power on the hair. Disappointing.

Husband really likes this brand does not make your hair crunchy or hard

I love it bc it’s cheap but also comfortable doesn’t get too hard and is still soft but def holds

Works wonder on curls

I just purchase it yesterday because the one I use regularly it's flaky but strong. I wanna try something new resudie free. this is actually resudie free unfortunately gel last in your hair no more than 3 hours. after 3 hours looks like you did not use anything in your hair at all. 2 stars because smell is ok.

Learned about protein overload and realized just about every product I use on my hair has some form of protein in it. Was told as long as I had plenty of moisture in my routine it’d be fine but wanted to go ahead and try this gel since it’s the only eco styler with no protein. I like for a cast to form on my hair bc it helps the style last super long and this one didn’t really deliver. My hair’s super defined still and is suuuper soft, just no real cast like I like. I also noticed I had to use more of this one vs my usual (Argan) for the same results. Even so I’d say I still really like this product, will use it until it runs out but will try removing protein from another area of my routine (wash n gos).

Warning: there’s glitter in the gel. I ran out of my normal eco-style gel with olive oil, and this was in stock and on sale at target. Purchased it via drive up and wasn’t concerned because I know I like this brand. When I opened the container to do my hair the next day, I was surprised to out it was full of glitter. Normally, I’m a fan of glitter if I know what it’s coming, but when you have to do your hair for a meeting and are not expecting to have a shine and shimmer in your hair it becomes an issue.

Used this product for years but the ingredients seem to have changed recently. My hair feels less moisturized,when it dries it has white residue if you touch it which it NEVER did before that’s why I loved this gel so much. Also less shine, the product seems more milky in appearance. The scent has changed, not in a bad way but that’s the first thing I noticed.

Item shipped cracked and spilling out.

This didn’t leave the white flakes in my hair the next day like the Argan Oil gel from the same brand did. It gave us nice hold without leaving my hair crunchy.

It makes my hair soft and smooth, shiney and beautful - I will order it over and over again

Wish it could come in a bigger size.
