The amount of time required to reach your perfect temperature will depend on a number of different variables: the temperature setting of the Mug (ie. it will take longer to reach 135°F compared to 145°F), the environmental conditions (Your mug will cool faster when used outside on a cold day vs. during a hot summer day), and the pour temperature of your beverage (fresh brewed hot coffee will take longer to cool than a pot of coffee that has cooled down). I am sorry we can't give you a more concrete answer, but the amount of time can vary wildly depending on these factors.
