A: What’s the difference between this product and the product with the same name with a metal container?

A: Hello, Cbrun! When using refill pouches, remove the empty pouch and wipe the tub with a clean, dry cloth. Once you have done so, place the new refill pouch inside the tub and keep the powder in the pouch. Thanks for choosing Enfamil! - Erin

Keeping the powder in the original container helps protect the product from moisture and foreign matter.
