Corn syrup solids may be at or near the beginning of the ingredient list in our powdered products because the ingredients are listed by weight before mixing with water. When our powdered products are added to water according to label instructions, all forms (powder, concentrated liquid, and ready-to-use liquid) of a brand will have the same amount of carbohydrate. Corn syrup solids are in some of our products as a source of carbohydrate.
