I’ve read some other comments and it seems like it works for some and doesn’t for others. I’d get a small bit to try and see if it works for you.

My stomach has felt fine since I switched a few days ago and I have to attribute it to these! I also prefer the packaging and price of these to my old probiotic.

After about 3 or 4 days, the gas went away and now my stomach doesn’t mind this. I love a probiotic and I think we all need one in our routine. This one has no flavor and is easy to use. Try it if you want!

After using this one for couple days, he notices that it helps decreasing in bloating and gas, leading to a more comfortable post-meal experience. Also, it is so gentle for his stomach. This supplement from Enzymedica contains a blend of carbohydrate, protein, fat, lactose, and fiber digestive enzymes as well as a 400 million cfu probiotic blend to naturally aid digestion. The vegetarian capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow. I like that you only take one capsule at a time so this bottle of 90 capsules is truly 90 servings (30 days if you take one with each meal). These are also made in the USA. For me, they definitely help. I’m pretty good about taking probiotics regularly which definitely help my gut, but enzymes aren’t always something I would take. I like that this blend has both and is easy to take at mealtime. I haven’t had any digestive issues or any adverse effects. I would continue to use this Enzymedica blend because I believe it works well for me and my gut health.

I try my best to eat healthy but sometimes you gotta enjoy a meal that can make you feel bloated. I’ve been taking these anytime I’m about to eat a food that might make me feel bloated and so far it’s worked great! I feel this is something you need to consistently take over extended time to see results but I’m generally satisfied. There’s no taste - it’s just a capsule you swallow and it’s quite small. The container is also easy to open and close. I’ll continue taking these when I know a meal might make me feel bloated alongside my other pre + probiotics.

The pills are small, tasteless, and easy to swallow. I take one a day, so the 90 capsules should last me about three months.
