Rebuilt Epson Eco-Tank Very Good
Had the printer for a couple weeks. Set-up was reasonably easy - a few things to figure out but not bad. It's a pretty basic printer for a pretty basic price. I wish it had USB port or to for using a thumb drive. And it won't duplex scans - so no double sided scanning. You can put scans together again in software. But so far so good.

Lasted less than on month!
Purchased July 24th and going into the garbage can August 17, 2025. The printer worked ok for about two weeks or so. Then it begin giving various sporadic error messages that seemed unrelated...ink level issues, print head cleaning needed (on a new printer?), paper clogs when there were none, and finally error messages in the que. I tried everything from power downs to resets to new firmware to new drivers to spooler resets. I would have tried the Epson diagnostic program, but once downloaded, it wanted a password which i didn't have. (Because it's refurbished?) I googled and I AI'd and the only thing i learned was that this particular printer is known for these bugs, particularly the ink level alerts on full tanks. I wish I'd known that before I purchased this thing. That's on me. As far as being refurbished, I've purchased many electronic and computer peripherals and never had a single issue. Ever. But I would think twice now. I've seen other people say that they would give zero stars in a rating if it were possible. Now I understand that. Why would I give any stars to a printer that won't print? My advice if you're looking for a dependable home office printer, stick with HP or Canon. I've had HPs that worked flawlessly for years, and I have a Canon Ink Tank printer right now. It's slow as heck printing color photos, but at least it prints!

The Crappiest Printer Ever
DO NOT BUY! This is literally the crappiest printer ever. Wifi won't connect or stay connected. Scan to cloud is hit and miss. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

Never enough printers
A man can never have enough printers. I’ve had nothing but Epson printers for the last 25 years and all of them have been from your clearance refurbished stock and I have not had any issues with any of them.

‘FRAGILE’” paper roller
I bought one less than one year ago. Paper roller broke for second time. My printer gets used maybe 2 times a month - and never many pages.

Printer sucks
I have never liked it because it won’t print a bleed but recently it stopped printing blues so I looked up online and followed the directions to unclog the ink lines. After doing it a few times the blue started printing but the yellow stopped!!!

Inkless Printer 4 Me!
It doesn't always print. I am a teacher, so printer is definitely a work tool. This one does save on ink, but it is hit or miss when needing to print or scan. Connection may play a part. I often have to plug the Wi-Fi into the printer, then I can disconnect the plug, and it keeps the Wi-Fi. Prints could be brighter with more color accuracy.

Magenta doesn't work
This is supposed to be refurbashed, but apparently they didn't test it at all. The magenta colored ink doesn't work at all. All of the other colors are "charging" into the printer, but the magenta color doesn't loser at all, as it is not entering the printer. Head clean and power clean do nothing to fix it. Epson customer serivice is a bunch of bots and is not helpful at all so far. I was switching to Epson after being a life long HP customer. Might have been a mistake.

Look to HP
Very disappointed. Paper jams in document feeder with just 1 piece of paper. VERY slow printing. long pauses between pages and printing on the reverse side. Noisy when printing.

Doesn't connect to Wi-Fi
Avoid: doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi (after it worked a month). Error code (202620) isn't anywhere on the website. Fortunately, the wire works...so far. Yes, it's sitting next to the router, which I even restarted.

Best inkjet printers, bar none
I've had the Ecotank ET3850 for about a month. It was quite easy to set up, and the print quality is excellent. Perhaps best of all, the genuine Epson ink for it is ink sold at a remarkably low prices, without needing any ridiculous "subscription". That makes the cost per page less than 1/8 that of my old inkjet printer. I switched to Epson Ecotank from another major brand, and I'd never switch back. I use my ET-3850 on ordinary paper, card stock, and printable vinyl material, and it works well on all of them. I have recommended this printer to my friends with no reservations whatsoever.
