The Omni Classic is Ergobaby's original all-in-one, all ages baby carrier. This classic carrier provides four convenient carry positions (inward, forward, hip & back) and adjusts to ergonomically grow from newborn to toddler (0-48 months; 7-45lbs). The 100% cotton fabric is soft and cozy and large button adjusters allow you to switch baby from inward to forward mode easily. With padded lumbar support and cushioned crossable shoulder straps, the Omni Classic gives you and your baby all day comfort. Includes detachable storage pocket as well as a UPF baby hood for sun protection, privacy and easy breastfeeding. Ergobaby stands by our products with our ErgoPromise Guarantee. I was excited to use my baby carrier when my baby was born, however I could never really get him to fit in it comfortably until he was about 5 months old. Some of it was probably user error, but I think some of it was that he was just too small to fit. As another review mentioned, the straps just feel big on my 5'3" frame, and I feel like after you adjust the straps to get a snug fit, you're left with all these long straps hanging off, which I feel look untidy. My son is now 13 months old and he fits well in the carrier both backwards and forwards facing, and I like how easy it is to bring and put on.

It is supportive and a lot simpler to wear for my newborn. My only complaint is that the straps are too bulky for my frame and I have to frequently adjust the straps. Im 5'1 and the they ride up my shoulders.

I am a first time mom and like many, I go crazy trying to find the best products that are reasonably priced. I tried two carriers before this and am strictly only using my Omni 360. It's super comfortable for me on both my waist/lower back and shoulders. It's also breathable for baby which is very important to me. I can also tell that baby is more secured and comfortable in this carrier. I definitely recommend this carrier.

My baby sometimes cries when I put him in but most of the time he doesn’t. It’s easy for me to put on but it absolutely kills my back after. I’m just 22 years old and never have had back problems. Now just after using it one day, my back is hurting where I cant even stand holding my baby in my arms for long.

This carrier was the most complicated carrier for me. I’m 5ft so it didn’t really work out for me and I wasn’t sure if the baby was comfortable or not as for my husband it was comfortable and his 5’11 but like I said wasn’t sure if baby was comfortable AND so complicated to put on and take off

This really is the best carrier ever. I bought it for my first baby (now 2.5) and we used it all the way until he was about 15 months. My second baby lives in this carrier & she loves it. Love that is has the sun shade, since we’re always at the beach, & the pouch to keep my wallet and phone. I always tell my new mom friends to get this carrier because it really is the best!

Purchased for my husband to be able to carry our son front-facing, so that they can go exploring together. They both love it! We have a Tula carrier which is great too, but doesn’t do front facing and too hot for summer. The mesh is great -they still do get sweaty due to contact but our son never complains and was very happy and comfortable from the very first time!

I bought the Ergobaby Omni 360 the day before we took a family trip to the zoo and although on the pricier side, it was a well-worth-it splurge. I was previously using the sollybaby wrap and although it says it fits babies up to 25 pounds, It did not work for me past the 10lb mark - I always felt the need to readjust. I love the fact that this carrier offers multiple positions (I have only tried the front and rear facing so far) and the fact it TRULY has lumbar support. I barely felt like I was carrying my 7-month-old for 5+ hours! Only complaint is that if baby is exclusively wearing a onesie and/or shorts, it does slightly rub on the inner part of their thighs while front facing. Also, I have washed it several times (we have a drooling teether on our hands) and it hasn't frayed or lost its texture!

Really disappointed in ours. It was fine when he was younger but we always had to be very cautious of his hip placement. Now that he’s older, it’s nearly impossible to get his legs in the M position. So would not recommend this as a supportive carrier that’s cautious of baby’s hips.

I needed something to where my son can be in my arms and I can carry him wherever I or my husband goes without always needing a stroller. Since we retired our Doona, I lost a stroller and we have a small car so carrying a stroller in the car takes up a lot of room. Anyhow, my son is 9 months and even though he is not a newborn, this does accommodate one by securing their head. You can wear baby in the front facing you, away from you, in your back or positioned in your hip. I do love that the carrier has age options on positioning the baby’s hips. Overall this is worth the money so you don’t hurt baby in the long run with hip dysplasia. I wish we had this carrier when he was born because it would have been nice to walk around the house with him as I did certain things or when I went grocery shopping.
