Essie Muchi Mushi Pretty color in the bottle gets darker after two coats, which is required as it’s thick but very streaky. It seems like the polish is old. I used to like Essie, but not recently. I’m taking back to Target!

Makes my healthy nails break within the 1st day after application!! This has happened with this nail color and brand numerous times but I decided to buy some more and give it a chance. Big mistake!! Nails started breaking 11 hours after applying it. What do they put in this stuff??!!! Also the color goes on streaky color. It’s always goes on streaky and dries streaky.. but again, gave it yet another chance. I paid $10 for this tiny bottle of polish that isn’t worth a dime!!

I’ve used Sugar Daddy for years as a clear neutral for natural looking nails. Essie intensified the pink tint and now it no longer looks natural. My opinion is that it actually makes my nails look like they’re infected. Yuck! I wish I had checked for updates before buying.

But I’ve been using this color for 10yrs and never had this issue. My manicurist has one left of the old color. All the new bottles are way too pink. Now I have to look for a new color all over again. Please bring back the old color - call it something else if you need. But please just bring it back! It was perfect.

It’s a shame but they changed the sugar daddy original colour which was lovely and very subtle. The new one is pink and really has nothing to do with the original one. Please bring the old one back.

Chipped day one. After over 8 hours, still ran under a topcoat. Takes way longer to cure than other brands, in my experience. Color dries true to examples for ripple reflect.

Bought online didnt see in person. Definitely more of a pastel purple. Not super light pastel but definitely a lighter purple. Thought it would have slightly more depth. Still lighter than my uploaded photo. Love the polish in general just didn’t like the color I thought it was going to be.
