Imagine it’s hot out, like baking, but you’re floating in a pool, the clear teal cooling you beautifully. You can of course use it on its own, but it looks great as a sparkle on top of your standard polish. I found it last roughly about a week, but I don’t treat my nails that well. Super fun for summer.

It’s a shimmering, light blue with a holographic finish (more delicate than bold) I needed a few coats to get color on its own, but it looks great as a topcoat over other polishes. It dries fast and adds a nice sparkly touch. Perfect for adding a bit of magic to your nails!

First of all the packaging is so cute and would look perfect in a beach bag or travel bag for the summer. I absolutely love the innovation in nail care that I am seeing in this nail polish and color. I love how it can be worn alone or by itself and still be a stunning color. I'm so excited for all of the different looks I can do with this color. So far I have loved wearing it alone just because of the reflective technology and special effects. It's truly gorgeous. I pictured the shade Bikini Snapped by Essie to be close to what the bottle appears, but unfortunately this is not the case. This is an extremely pale blue that provides the sheerest hint of color. On its own, this shade gives a shimmery, pearl effect with shifts of blue to purple. Layered over other colors, and this can take a matte to a shimmer, but will not drastically change the shade. I have owned several comparable shades and this one just is not as special as I had hoped for based on the shade of the bottle and the special effects naming. If you are looking for a transforming top coat that really gives a duo chrome or holographic effect, this is not it. I would consider this more for those who want a subtle effect that is more noticeable in natural light, but not who want nails that do major shifts in color.

This polish is easy to apply and stays on when your nails are properly prepped.I really like the uniqueness of the shimmer and think it’s very fun for summer.
