I had been taking this product for 4 days. I woke up with hives all over my body had to go to the ER cause I couldn’t breath well.

I've been using Estroven weight management for 2 months and lost eight pounds.

I am a few years into perimenopause and had been experiencing hot flashes and sweats at night (not during the day thankfully). I am 12 days into taking Estroven, and slowly they have been diminishing. Last night was the first time I slept through the night with no hot flashes. Nice to use a product that actually works! Very pleasantly surprised.

Took as directed and within minutes my scalp, face, neck, chest, arms, hands and legs were bright red, burning, swelling, and itching. My lips also swelled and were tingling and my chest felt tight. Immediately took a Benadryl, but 40 minutes later I am STILL red, swollen, and itchy all over.

This helps hot flashes, but it’s not helping my weight. I actually feel worse now than I did before. It’s probably the soy because I always have this kind of reaction to soy. I need to try a different product.

If I could give this product a negative 5 stars I would. Lots of promises and no results for me. I was even dumb enough to buy 2 boxes because they said that it takes 60 capsules to take effect. I will stand in front of the section of store and make sure no one else falls for this false advertisement!

Been using this for about 6 months. Personally I have noticed decreased but flashes as well as the intensity of them. N is ght sweats are also less and I feel like I just went to bed in a swimming pool. As far as weight management, I think it helps a little, but I think one needs to be aware of hunger versus boredom eating which is what help pack on the pounds for me.

My PCP recommended this product for night sweats and weight management. I thought, sure I’ll try it and hopefully get a better night sleep and lose a few pounds. I’m sold!! The directions say it will take about 60 days to notice but for me I noticed in about 2 weeks. I’m not as bloated and I’m sleeping much better! I have a night sweat but nothing as intense before using this product 👍🏾

I could only take this for a few weeks because it unfortunately caused me major constipation. I have a feeling it would have worked for my night sweats but my body couldn’t handle the bloating and discomfort due to the constipation. The journey for relief continues…

I was getting hot flashes every 3 hrs. Since taking this product they decreased to 3 within 24 hrs. It’s amazing, a huge relief. No more waking up in the middle of the night. I take it in the evening because I noticed if I take it in the morning I feel fatigued throughout the day. Haven’t noticed any weight loss yet; just started taking it 2 weeks ago but definitely feel less bloated.

Love love love this product. I had consistent & unbearable daily night sweats until using this product. It does take up to 30 days of use to be effective but I am a repeat customer.

I haven’t see any results. I bought the golden box to see if that works.

It has only been 2 weeks and my night sweats are gone. No weight changes yet but my bloating is gone making my clothes feel looser on me. Convenient with only 1 pill a day.

Ive been taking this for several months now and still had hot flashes for the first month but then it took effect as it said it would. I can’t remember my last hot flash. But I’m really not eating a lot and even joined WW but I’ve still gained 11 pounds. I imagine my weight gain would be worse without this.

This product is wonderful, I can sleep more without waking up all sweaty 😊
