I am a big fan of this product. My issue and disappointment is with the new bottle design that cuts the amount of product in half and the price has increased. I heard the brand saying part of the size decrease was because people don’t use up all the product in time with the “larger” one but come on. This newer one barely lasted me that long and I already need to buy another. At least lower the cost if you’re gonna decrease the amount of product… makes me want to stop buying from this brand altogether.

I use other items from this company and like them but this didn’t do much for my hair. Gave this a good shot, used it for a month. Used a small amount at first and didn’t see a difference so tried to use a larger amount, it didn’t help & it made my ends feel crunchy. My hair is very long and fine. Might work for other people hair but didn’t work for me. Just like the rest of the hair care line, barely had a scent ( which I like ). I also see that apparently the product was rebranded. I didn’t use the old one so cannot compare, I used the new dark pink bottle. Will give this away to a friend.

FYI for curls/multi-cultural hair
I have 3C hair (coarse) and on a whim i lightened my ends - that were already struggling! In an act of desperation I bought this product, suspecting it wouldn’t really help, and I was pleasantly surprised! It smells incredible, makes my hair soft, and I can use it before and after straightening with little to no frizz. If you are a curly girl that likes to straighten your hair, I find it works the best for me with this application method: Night before - normal wash method + get about 50% air dry - i use a protein spray + blow dry cream before - use this product on your ends, a little goes a long way. I go back and “pinch in” some around my bangs/framing pieces - put your silk bonnet on and let it dry over night! Morning of - use whatever fixings you like to prep your hair - as needed, go back in with pinches of the split end mender - make sure product is dry + straighten your hair! I swear this is my fool proof method, my hair has been bouncy, shiny and smells so good! Note: some people mentioned the shrinkflation, I’ve never purchased this before the size change however the product goes a LONG way. I generally only use a dime size total? I’d say I’ll probably get 20-30 uses of this.

shrinkflation is real and im so sick of it
I love this stuff but what do you mean you’re literally cutting the amount of product in half (the old bottle was FOUR ounces) AND raising the price, AND making the packaging uglier??? this is not a luxury hair care brand, and this new bottle is not worth double digits.

Triple the cost, hiding under a new wrapper.
They raised the cost & cut the size of the bottle in half from 4oz to 2oz, almost tripling the price per oz!!! I loved the product but won't support these business practices.

I loved this product, but the shrinkflation is absurd.
I have 2B hair and I'm prone to breakage because of its length. This was truly a game changer because it keeps my hair healthy and smells amazing, but it's gotten too expensive AND smaller. I can't rebuy.

The bottle is significantly smaller AND they've raised the price by several dollars as well. I can't in good conscience continue to support a brand with such unpredictable price changes. I understand there are economical challenges right now, but this is ridiculous and I haven't many other brands do something quite this egregious recently.

Sticky and thick but smells so good
It’s very thick and sticky feeling, using this product since I have bleached hair and it was so sticky it was making my hair stick to my hands and pulling some out. Idk if the formula changed but it’s a bit different especially after the products rebrand. I’m gonna still give it a try and see if I can finish the bottle but idk how I feel about it after using it a few times…it smells phenomenal! Like warm cinnamon.

I would give it a 0 star but I can't so. This product does the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do it leaves your hair frizzy and with this awful waxy texture it is so frizzy and waxy that the bottoms of your hair gets knotted so easily. I also didn't see any split ends mend so maybe change your formula!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I AM WARNING YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Hair care magic in a bottle!
I have super long, thick wavy hair, down to my booty! It's such a nightmare having to take care of it daily, and since a teen I've been straightening it for years to tame it. I picked this up at ulta last week and to my surprise, this has worked better than any hair oil I've ever used. It's so lightweight, non-greasy, and leaves my hair super smooth which has made it so easy to brush my hair every morning. Not to mention, it smells like heaven, I got so many compliments at work for it! And my years of ugly split ends?? GONE, POOF! My hair has never been healthier, silky smooth, and felt so nourished!

This stuff smells soooo good. I spray it on my hair when I'm not even leaving the house, because I love the way it smells so much. I always get compliments when I wear it anywhere. I ordered two bottles of this amazing stuff, and one of the bottles had leaked a good bit during transit. I contacted customer service, and I do admit it took a week or so to hear back.. but when I did hear back they sent me a new bottle and it arrived within a few days! You must provide pictures if this happens to you.. I hadn't but they let me get by with it this once. Excellent customer service team! Plus the products are awesome!
