I have 3 of these brand new filters in my possession and NONE of them will work.

This new push in type filter is horrible. Pinched my finger trying to get the filter pushed in. Changed the filter one time and the whole housing had to be replaced after 3 months old by a repairman. This is the third filter in 3 months. Works great for a week then it makes the water taste and smell like chemicals. So much so, I won't drink the water.
