We purchased this due to our fridge needing a new filter. I will not lie I put changing it off far too long but this filter is it!! It was so easy to locate once I found the number and will be purchasing on the regular now. Thanks for carrying it in stock as I struggled finding it on the Maytag website for the proper filter needed.

This is a nightmare! I keep trying to cancel but they keep sending filters and charging my card!! No one picks up the phone! There is no prompt or cancellation option online! I don’t recommend the subscription because it’s impossible to cancel!!!!!!

Filters last about a month before water flow slows to almost nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old filter with the EveryDrop Ice & Water Filter 2. It fit my Whirlpool refrigerator as a replacement with no issue. My husband installed it but did mention it was relatively easy to install, just took a few minutes and no tools needed. I don’t typically drink water from the refrigerator, as we have bottled water but use it for ice cubes instead. I did take a test sip and I do believe the water tastes fresh and more crisp using this filter! It doesn’t have that odd, “tastes like it came from a fridge” plastic taste ( if you know what I’m talking about). The water appears clear and clean. I also have well water, if that makes any difference. I recommend this for those who do drink tap water, otherwise you might not notice much of a difference with just ice.

The water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher and I’ve noticed the weird taste my ice had is now gone. I love that the filter is good for 6 months definitely great for my pocket book. Overall I am happy with the quality, ease of replacement, lifespan, and taste of my water now.

The water is crisp and clean and the ice tastes fresh with no odd odors or aftertaste. One thing I do is write the install date on the filter that way when my refrigerator alerts me that it’s time to replace I can easily see how long it’s been. It just gives me extra peace of mind. I also used a water quality tester system after installing and everything came back in a healthy range for drinking.
