These filters do not last but just a couple of months before the water pressure begins to trickle. The trickle is little enough that it makes hollow ice cubs and they are so light the ice maker won't dump them out, sobthey stick & cause an ice jam in the ice maker . We have gone through 3 in less than a year now. For the price, these filter should last longer than 3 months time. Corporate America don't care about the little guys who are lining their pockets. I do not recommend this product.

Bad replacement filters

I have now bought 2 of these filters because after replacing the old with the new, all I get is just a trickle of water. If I put the old back in ,I have a normal flow. I am so disappointed that this is happening. We use our filtered water from the fridge daily and now we can't. You need to fix this issue.

If I could give this filter negative stats it would be -100!! I’ve now purchased two filters from two different retailers and after a couple of weeks they have both slowed to a mere trickle. In seeing all of these negative reviews, I want to know what Whirlpool is doing to resolve the issue. It would seem that you have monopolized the market on these filters and consumers have no where to turn. Even aftermarket filters have the same issues. What is Whirlpool going to do to fix the problem??

I bought a set of 2. The first one lasted about 4 months before water slowed to a trickle. I replaced it with the 2nd brand new one and now water doesn't even come out. Given all these other poor reviews, something has to be wrong with these filters??

Be wary of their shipping. Placed an order and it said it would arrive in 2 days. It’s been almost a week and the filter hasn’t anrrived. We called to inquire the status of the filter. The representative rudely told us shipping is 7-10 business days not whatever is stated at checked. Website states in the shipping section that orders are shipped within 48 hours of completing order.

I received a filter that did not work. No water flow besides the occasional trickle. I emailed customer service and received a replacement with the same problem. The old filter works fine and there’s a strong water flow from under fridge without filter in place. The problem is defective filters!

I installed a new filter and the water tastes salty and burns my tongue. This is the second time this has happened. I've tried to contact Everydrop both by email and directly by phone. I got no response to my email and was routed/rerouted and eventually was disconnected during the callback by phone. How do I report this problem and get a refund for this item?

Poor filter

I have the same problem as a lot of people with this filter. Water just trickles out of the filter and this has happened several times. I talked to customer service and she told me my filter housing must need serviced, yet so many other people are having the same issue. They need to read the reviews and come up with another excuse why these filters are no good. You would think a sixty dollar filter would work but I guess they are not really concerned about it. When I called customer service they had every excuse but what the real problem is and they don’t seem to care!

installed 9 26 23 within 3 weeks water got bad tastes of salty so remove it flush lines put it back in and in 1.5 weeks got the bad salt taste so today 11 13 23 we removed it and flushed line 2 glass of water then 3rd tasted it no slat --what would make it give salty taste ---sink 8 ft away never has salty taste everydrop filter 1

I ordered one everydrop® Refrigerator Water Filter 1 from this site and started using it on 9/27/23. A little over a month later, it already has slowed to a trickle. There are only two of us in the household using it, so it definitely wasn't due to overuse. This same thing has happened with the last 3 everydrop filters I have purchased. Looks like there has been a large defective batch which your company has been knowingly selling anyway.

Water filter works poorly

I received a replacement filter because the previous filter only allowed a trickle of water. I installed the replacement today, and it is no better. When I remove the filter, the water flows freely. I suppose that I will just have to use unfiltered water because the filters no longer work.
