Quality downhill
Have been using these for years. Most recent order, neither filter in the 2 pack works - the water just does not enter them properly. Put the old filter back in and works fine. Support is non-existent, no troubleshooting on the website and the phone number listed in other comments has an estimated wait time of 40 minutes.

Bad taste
I’m on a subscription to receive a new filter every six months. The most recent one I installed has an unpleasant taste. I gave it some time hoping the taste would go away, but it still hasn’t improved.

Not a good OEM replacement
The flow rate drops significantly in the first 2 months. Not a 6 month filter. And I live in an area with great water. I use the filter to remove clorine and any minor particulates. I need to find another filter.

Filter does not work, stops flow almost completely
Can I give 0 star. Got first, flow stops after few seconds, got a replacement same issue. I guess I can give 1 star for service. It was promptly replaced. Still frustrating that it's not working. Will have to look for another brand.

Nothing Changes
I keep buying this and replacing the one on my fridge every six months. Each time, I think something is going to change with the water/ice quality. Nope. There is ALWAYS a yucky white residue at the bottom of our glass when the ice melts and the water comes out. I don't know what this is. It is almost like water scum sitting at the bottom of the glass.

Very Slow Flow Rate.
I am a long time user of these filters but I am no longer happy with this filter. The flow rate was slower than normal at the beginning and has dropped drastically since then. Two months of use sees the flow rate at less than 50% of what I used to get. We are no longer happy with this filter and am looking for another brand to try.

Annoying Filter
This filter causes the water flow to slow down to a trickle with 65% use left remaining. This is the second filter to do this in a row. The quality has become very poor the last year.

Reviewing Water Filter
First of all reviewing anything but the filter on this thread should be removed. I have had my KitchenAid Refrigerator that uses this filter for 15 years w/ no issues with either. I have always used this site to replace the filters. They are easy to use, and put in and the frig shows exactly when to reorder on the lighted display above the filter and when to replace. These filters work perfectly and again have been using them for 15 years now with absolutely no issues.

Doesn’t even last 2 months
Installed our fridge in February and have gone through 4 filters since then. Most recent one was installed September 25th and started out great (as they all have) but is no a trickle. Not even 2 months of use. I’ve never replaced filters this quickly in 20 years of owning fridges that require water filters.
